My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a nice view of the pool, but I encountered several inconveniences that really impacted my overall experience. The service was generally pleasant, but there were some communication issues that made things a bit frustrating. The location was good for airport access, but not ideal for exploring nearby attractions without extra transportation costs. Dining options were limited and pricing felt excessive for what was offered.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a decent view of the pool area. However, I was surprised to find a charge for a room upgrade that I thought should be complimentary due to my membership status, which was a bit disappointing.
